Exchange Server Mailboxes

If
you know about using Microsoft Exchange then you will know that it
is a fantastically useful tool for office collaboration. Well at the price
it is, it should be. The ability to organise everyone together at meeting
that the organisers might not even be attending undoubtedly saves time, but
it does cost money, and it costs time too. Since the releases in 2003, their
are a few new additions to functionality, which enable us to make you a
different kind of proposition to an Exchange Server network.

The
latest version of Microsoft Exchange Server™ and Microsoft Outlook™
releases carry many new and useful functions. The two most interesting
of these for the end user, are probably the new notification features in
the task-bar and the ability to connect using TCP over HTTP - which
basically means being able to use the full functionality across the web.
The technology uses an SSL/TLS connection which is
the same connection you might use when making a debit card purchase on
the internet, and so your password is kept as secure as any of a million
credit card transactions taking place on the web every day of the week.

The connection works seamlessly over any
available internet connection from any hotel, office or internet cafe
and requires no on/offline configuration as in previous versions of
Outlook but simply tries to connect to the server and updates the folder
if available. All of the functionality normally provided is available
including the task-bar notification setup and shared calendars as well
as task assignment and updating.
If you have a personal assistant,
they can update your inbox, reply
to any messages when you are unavailable or new items to your tasks or contacts
lists for you to use as soon as you reconnect to the internet. All folders are
updated as soon as outlook can see our website at
sircles.net and synchronisation occurs automatically, meaning that you
will see the changes that have been made by your PA as soon as you have internet
connectivity, whether you be in a coffee bar on a wireless connection, or in a
hotel room wired in.

Sharing a server cuts the investment costs of
hardware and licensing and sircles.net lock down each account so as only to
allow access from individuals or groups specified by the user. All mailboxes are
backed up every night Monday-Friday and are supported by our technical staff.
Each mailbox has a set-up fee and is charged at £9.95 per month per person
per 100MB which saves you buying a server and all of the licenses for an
